Air Fryer Marlin Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh marlin 
- 2 teaspoons salt 
- 2 teaspoons cumin 
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder 
- black pepper to taste 
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 
- dash cayenne pepper 
- 1 small yellow onion, diced small 
- 1 small bunch of cilantro, minced 
- 2 eggs, beaten 
- 1/4 cup almond flour 
directions
- Add marlin into food processor and pulse until the marlin is broken down and resembles ground beef. Preheat your air fryer. 
- Put the processed marlin into a bowl and add all spices, onion and cilantro. Mix well. 
- Mix in the eggs and almond flour. 
- Portion the mixture into 1/3 cup (press well) burgers, flatten a bit and place into your oiled air fryer. 
- Air fry the burgers at 380 degrees for about 9-10 minutes. Flip halfway. 
- Serve with homemade tartar sauce on butter lettuce buns or on a salad with ranch dressing.
