Golden Milk Latte
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom 
- pinch of black pepper 
- 1 cup of milk, heated 
- Honey or sweetener of choice.

- Blend or froth all ingredients together.
